When I first contacted him I wasn't even pre approved for a loan so it was amazing I was able to get the offer in so quickly and ultimately close in less than 60 days. It was a pretty much hands-off experience from my point of view and everything went very smoothly. He always contacted me and I never had to initiate a contact with him except for the initial contact of course. The few times that he didn't know the answer to a question that I asked he was able to find it very quickly. He successfully negotiated on my behalf after the appraisal came in low.
